Ok, it took me about three days to get this photo realistic look, render time was 5 hours in Maya. This is the 1600x1280 wallpaper with some postwork done, like colored reflections. For the version with no post work go to this link: [link]
I worked very hard to make this render to make it very realistic, hence the title. I gave it a chrome/mercury look because I think it looks very unique and breathtaking. Enjoy using this wallpaper in your Linspire powered pc. :D

thats very cool work man, very realisticly done, the chrome balls in the background add alot to this, i couldnt help but feel that the words could have been made to stand out more, because it tends to blend in with the background, but its nitpicking, nice job

Thanks. Linspire is a subcompany for Linux. It lets your pc look like windows, yet have the speed of Linux. Very nice program, you should try it. And thanks again for the comment.
